Report on Potential NFL Franchise Tag Players

Report on Potential NFL Franchise Tag Players

Teams are evaluating their rosters to determine the potential NFL franchise tag players. Owners know that they are going to earn more cash with the new labor deal and negotiations with streaming services and TV networks. Also, the league will have a new revenue stream when it fully embraces sports betting.
The salary cap will increase, and this off-season is not the right time to fret over a couple of million dollars in cap space. Most teams are attempting to secure the best talent for the upcoming season.
Also, teams can still apply multiple tags as representatives of the league and player union are even discussing the fine print of the new CBA before a vote from the players. That’s why many pay per head bookie experts are waiting for the list of players with the franchise and transition tags.

Potential NFL Franchise Tag Players

The period to apply tags is ongoing. Here are some of the top free agents and their current teams.
Hunter Henry – A software for bookie website provider expects the Chargers to tag Henry. There’s no chance that the team will let him go even if there’s no team looking for a tight end.
Shaq Barrett – The Buccaneers will tag Barrett after his breakout season last year. If the team can use two tags, they will also apply a tag on Jameis Winston.
Matt Judon – The Ravens don’t have anyone to apply the tag except for Matt Judon. The team wants to keep him and is working on a long-term deal that’s agreeable to the player.
Bud Dupree – The Steelers need to work some cap space. However, they will do whatever it takes to tag Dupree after his excellent performance last year. Even the person working on where to bet on sports agreed with us that the Steelers would tag Dupree.
